1. Who We Are
ZeroLinkChain (“we” or “us”) is building a privacy-first decentralized network that combines blockchain infrastructure, integrated VPN, AI automation, and secure communication tools. We act as the data controller for information collected through our public web properties and hosted services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum personal information required to operate our services, including:
- Account & contact data: email addresses, usernames, and preferences submitted through waitlists, account creation, or community portals.
- Operational metadata: server logs, request timestamps, IP addresses (anonymized or truncated where possible), device information, and diagnostic telemetry needed to keep the network stable.
- Transactional records: blockchain wallet addresses and transaction hashes processed by ZeroLinkChain infrastructure (public by design, but never linked to identities by us).
- Support content: messages you send via email, chat, or support forms.
We do not collect message contents from ZeroLink Chat sessions. Messages remain locally encrypted using your PGP keys and never leave your devices unencrypted.
3. How We Use Information
- Provision network services, authenticate access, and deliver requested features.
- Monitor reliability, detect abuse, and prevent fraud or malicious activity.
- Communicate updates, product changes, and security notices.
- Analyze anonymized usage patterns to optimize performance and plan roadmap priorities.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on one or more of the following grounds: (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests in running a secure and functional network, (c) compliance with legal requirements, or (d) your explicit consent (for example, email waitlists).
7. Security Practices
We apply layered security controls, including encryption in transit, segregated infrastructure, secret rotation, auditing, and continuous monitoring. Access to personal data is restricted to trained team members with a business need. In case of a significant incident, we will notify affected users promptly and cooperate with relevant authorities.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Waitlist entries are reviewed periodically; you may request removal at any time. Server logs are typically purged or anonymized within 30 days unless needed for investigations.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You can also object to certain uses or request data portability. Submit requests via [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. International Transfers
ZeroLinkChain operates distributed infrastructure. When personal data crosses borders, we apply appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized transfer mechanisms to protect your rights.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [email protected] so we can take appropriate action.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product enhancements or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced via our website or email notices. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
13. Contact
